How time zone works?

When booking a meeting, Under Availability, users select the dates and times that you are available on the calendar. If some participants are located in Europe, you may wonder how the system handles different time zones. Is it automatic, or do users need to specify their time zone? Please explain how the system works for each region and user when choosing their availability. No time zone selection on your account.

When you are selecting available time slots as an operator, do you choose from your own time zone? Or can you select any other time zone besides EST? Is the time you select when setting up always based on your own time zone?
